[CED/CD/EAT] Re-Entry Matrix and Safety Pledge

CEDs and Experiment Station Directors,

Please find attached for your review the re-entry matrix and safety pledge documents that we are including with the overall CES re-entry process.  These are the documents we discussed in our meeting this morning.

We will be utilizing the matrix to manage re-entry phases among the Cooperative Extension units across the state.

The safety pledge will be up to your discretion to manage at the unit level.  I encourage you to utilize this as a managerial tool among the personnel in your unit.

Irrespective of the use of this safety pledge, all personnel will be expected to fully comply with the UA safety policies, which include the use of masks and social distancing.  You of course will have the responsibility for managing compliance in your unit.  The safe return pledge is intended to assist you in that process.

Please review, we will have opportunities to discuss and I welcome your thoughts and comments.
