[CED/CD/EAT] Lines of Responsibility for Extension Specialists

Please find attached an outline regarding the proposed changes in lines of responsibility for Extension Specialists in academic units.  This outline is consistent with what has been presented and discussed in the last two meetings.

I believe it is important that you review this outline since many of the concerns expressed academic unit heads and Extension Specialists have not been related to what has actually been proposed.

This will obviously warrant further discussion before any action is taken.
