[CED/CD/EAT] Interim on-boarding of volunteer 4-H leaders

Folks,

We are requesting a continuation of the pause on screening and appointing new 4-H volunteers.  However, in service of getting your interested folks engaged and participating, 4-H and Youth Safety have approved this interim process.

We will use our already established Speaker/Presenter/Facilitator registration process to run a preliminary and low-level check on the interested person.

County faculty or staff will register the person in the system.  If the person will participate in all the club meetings for the next couple of months, you can start with the first meeting they will attend and list additional dates in the NOTES section at the bottom of the entry form.

Once the access issues with the new vendor for DPS are resolved, we can move these Incidental Speakers into the pipeline for more permanent appointment as authorized adult.

Just a reminder that once approved as an incidental speaker, these speaker/presenter/facilitators must always be accompanied by an authorized adult (a person with a current, valid DPS background check card and a completed UArizona Designated Campus Colleague).
