I wanted to forward this message to everyone that the Zoom meetings for Heads/ Directors and Committee members have been cancelled, but they have been recorded the meetings for everyone's viewing. There are also power point slides of the process attached to this email.

The workshops on the Promotion Review Process for Heads/Directors and Committee Members were recorded and are available.

Attached are the slide presentations and Q&A documents for the workshops. With these resources being available, we have decided to close the RSVP and cancel the remaining Zoom workshops for the following dates:

     *   Friday, April 10 at 9:30-11:00 am (CANCELLED)
  *   Committee Members Workshops
     *   Thursday, April 9 at 9:30-11:00 am (CANCELLED)
     *   Friday, April 10 at 1:30-3:00 pm (CANCELLED)
