[CED/CD/EAT] UCAP info update

Academic Unit Heads and CEDs,

The UCAP Compensation team this week provided additional clarification on the budget impacts.  They expect the salaries for staff and APs to be increased to the minimum market levels determined through the UCAP mapping and calibration process.  The adjustments are spread over 5 years.  Attached shows how the UCAP team modeled this information.

My office is determining now the proportion of hard and soft funding for employees to give you and CALS and CES a better sense of the relative share of budgetary impacts.
