Just a reminder - please make sure all your faculty have a current/signed Position Description.   Dean Burgess no longer signs Position Descriptions, so the last signature line would be for Jeff Silvertooth to sign.

Please makes sure that there is a collegiality statement included.

The Division of Agriculture, Life, & Veterinary Sciences & Cooperative Extension (ALVSCE) policy on collegiality was first implemented 1 October 2008 and was recently updated on 26 November 2018.

Please be sure that an appropriate statement regarding the expectations for collegial behavior is included in all Extension position descriptions for your unit.

Example of Collegiality statement for position descriptions:

All faculty and staff are expected to fully adhere to the collegiality policies adopted by ALVSCE (November 2018) and work productively and in a collegial manner with all faculty, students, staff, and university constituents in all environments.
