Here is the email I sent to the Master Gardener applicant that wanted our
ethnicity records for our Master Gardener program.  This was what I was
discussing at our meeting Thursday morning.  Requests go to the Coordinator
of Public Records.  If you have any questions or get any requests, I
recommend you contact Dustin Green and he'll be able to assist.

Dear XXX,

 

Thank you for contacting us regarding your request for the release of
publicly-held records. The University of Arizona takes seriously our
