[CED/CD/EAT] 4-H Grows Engagement Campaign

I serve as the AAE4-HA representative to the Arizona 4-H Youth Foundation. At the last meeting Cathy and I discussed with the Board the 4-H Grows: Engagement Campaign that National 4-H Council is launching nationally in August. National 4-H Council intends to collaborate with the Cooperative Extension System to strengthen the 4-H brand to expand 4-H's reach and relevance.
I am attaching a couple of documents that will help to explain the campaign further. Arizona still has the opportunity to "buy in" to the campaign and thus the reason I am writing to you all. It is a large financial investment and difficult for any one part of us to do. The total cost is $9,000 per year for three years. Cathy has funding available to pay for 1/3 of the cost and the foundation is willing to pay for 1/3 of the cost. We would like to request that the counties buy in for the other third in order to be able to participate fully in the campaign.
On one of our previous CED calls there seemed to be some support for the campaign and several expressed a willingness to contribute. I would like to ask each county for your support and commitment of $200 each for three years for a total of $600. This will allow us to move forward and fully benefit from the national campaign.
