In response to some questions regarding due dates for CY2015 unit review documentation, consistent to what I have asked of you the past four years the documentation is due in my office prior to your unit review meeting.

Please disregard the previous version of the documentation outline I sent to you this morning.  The attached version provides a statement at the beginning specifying the submission of the documentation in my office one week prior to your unit review meeting.

I have also included in this version an explicit line for your completion regarding the level of integration of programs in your unit.
