I need you to look at the lodging list attached and let me know if the dates you requested are correct.  Please respond to me as soon as possible (tomorrow) so I can submit the lodging list to the Holiday Inn in Chinle.  Cancellations with this hotel will be a tad challenging so I want to be as accurate as possible when submitting the list   I just received a response that the agreement to this hotel was accepted so now everything will be a rush.  Appreciate you responding right away.
