CALS Business Officers,

In an effort to reduce duplication of review and approval of KFS account create/modify documents that are prepared by units and currently routed to CALS for college approval, we will be disabling an org review process to streamline the submission of your transactions.  Please note that effective Wednesday, November 12 the org review for all new and modified account activity will no longer route to the CALS Business Services Office.  Your transactions will route directly to the appropriate central administrative office for review and approval.

We will however still monitor the new accounts through a post-transaction exception report process so that we can establish the Secondary Delegates to these accounts.  You will still continue to see these on your Action List to approve from our office.

This only applies to KFS accounts that are created or modified.  Any new Foundation project requests must still be routed to CALS Business Services for the college review and approval.
