[CED/CD/EAT] Cooperative Extension Administrative Retreat - Dec 16-18

County Extension Directors, Ag Directors and Department/School Heads & Directors -

The Cooperative Extension Administrative Retreat will be held December 16-18, 2014 at the Tucson Marriott University Park Hotel.  As with previous meetings, we will begin with lunch on Tuesday, December 16 and end at noon on Thursday, December 18.

This retreat will also include concurrent meetings for the business staff of the county extension offices.

At this time we need to determine lodging, meals and general attendance and are asking that you go to the following Doodle link http://doodle.com/kz2tmrvdpfesyvm8  to make your choices.  If you are unable to attend - please indicate that on the Doodle poll.   Lodging on December 15 are for those who are four or more hours away from Tucson. Please respond by November 14.
Please note:


*         HODs are welcome and encouraged to attend any and all of the three-day event and can indicate accordingly.

*         For those staying overnight at the Marriott, parking will be included - if you are local and/or not staying at the Marriott, please indicate in the "Comments" section any parking needs.

*         There is also an option for a two-day Sun Link streetcar pass.

*         All unit heads are expected to attend.
