[CED] We're in the budget

Dear fellow faculty,

 

Just as Shane said, the Governor has put CE in her budget.  According to
this article, "The University of Arizona would get $3.5 million for its
cooperative extension program and 4-H youth programs."

 

We still have a ways to go but what a great first step!
