[CED] reminder for May 15 due date

Just a quick reminder that 2011 Faculty evaluations and position 
descriptions [originals] are due next Tuesday to Jeff - c/o me.

If you haven't submitted yet, the evaluation forms are on the 
professional development website,

Remember that Jeff wants all new position descriptions for all 
faculty this year. I have all of yours [except one] and will be 
stopping by the CED meeting next week to get some signatures. If you 
need the PD template that the Faculty Guidance Team developed, let me know.

Also, if you'd like to bring your faculty evaluations with you 
instead of mailing, that would be just ducky.
