USDA Swine Flu Survey for Swine Producers

One of our colleagues at the USDA a swine survey in order to better understand and prevent the spread of the swine flu.  If you know or work with any swine producers, please share this information with them and encourage them to complete the USDA survey.  It should take about 30 minutes.  I have attached a draft letter and background material about the survey.
