Please attend short training: upcoming major changes to PCard purchases and travel

Good afternoon,

The last of the orientation trainings for the new PCard and travel reimbursement process will be held this Wednesday, April 22 at 11am in Marley 230. It will also be on zoom: https://arizona.zoom.us/j/988216542.

Employees' use of PCards and travel processing will significantly change starting July 1. The CALES Business Services wants to provide as much orientation prior to the transition to reduce bumps for you.

If you have not attended one of the previous trainings, I encourage you to join us this Wednesday.

Dear Faculty and Staff,

Starting July 1, the University will implement a new PCard and travel reimbursement process for all employees. This affects everyone who travels or uses a PCard at the U of A.

CALES Business Services wants to share a proactive orientation in hopes of reducing the potential stress when faculty and staff return for the new school year. We will hold three short orientations during April. The first will also be recorded and put on the Compass website under Business Resources.

All presentations will be held in Marley Room 230. The content for each is the same and will last 20 minutes each. A hybrid option will also be available. Please attend one. If you attend by zoom, the link for each is: https://arizona.zoom.us/j/988216542.

  *   Wednesday, April 15 at 11-11:30am
  *   Friday, April 17 at 3-3:30pm
  *   Wednesday, April 22 at 11-11:30am
