Dear Colleagues,

In case you missed it, Professors Deepta Bhattacharya, Dept. of Immunobiology, and Karl Krupp, Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, provided a terrific webinar on "How COVID-19 Vaccines Work" this week. The recording is now available online here<https://provost.arizona.edu/content/campus-webinars>.

The online COVID-19 vaccination registration and scheduling system is now operational, as a result of a partnership between Pima County, Tucson Medical Center and UA.

For all employees aged under 75, if you have not already done so, please register using the link below. Please remind your student employees to use this link as well.

Registration for College and University Educators; Trade Schools<https://click.comms.arizona.edu/?qs=49f69e2fd976111edae2c79604b915d09990c795b773ea46ccd372290c37c663e47273c97b18576535298be2dcbd8701fa2ba00671df955e>

After registration, you should look out for an email message from mychart at tmcaz.com, which might take a few days to come to you, depending on demand. Following the link in the email message will lead to the scheduling system and allow each individual to choose a time to come to the UA Main Campus drive-through site on the Mall, or the walk-through site at Gittings, for their first vaccination shot. At the time of the first shot, you will be able to schedule a time for the second shot.

For any employee aged 75 and over, as a reminder, please use this link to be vaccinated through Banner:

My mask protects you; your mask protects me. My vaccine protects you and not just me.

All UA employees, students and visitors must wear a face covering inside all UA buildings, unless alone in a single occupancy office, and in UA outdoor spaces where continuous physical distancing of at least six feet is difficult or impossible to maintain.
