Urgent - volunteers needed at the Vaccination POD!

Dear faculty, staff and students,

We are in urgent need of some additional Scribes for the vaccination POD at UA’s Tucson campus, starting tomorrow 25th February and ongoing from there.  We are particularly in need of individuals to assist for 3pm-11pm (evening shift) on weekdays, and on weekends between 9am - 4pm (day shift) and 3pm – 11pm (evening shift).

The Scribes partner with a vaccinator and complete the medical documentation for each inoculation in the VMS system on an iPad.  Training will be provided.

My experience is that volunteering for the POD is joyful work!  Being a part of campus effort to save lives and keep our entire community safe is profoundly fulfilling.  If you have the capacity to take on even a few shifts, it will be a great help.
