For anyone that uses the Trellis calendaring system, friendly reminder to make sure there aren't appointment nor drop-in availability on holidays - (Memorial Day, May 25th, Juneteenth, June 19,  & Independence Day, July 3).

For the advising team, we'll continue to open up availability every Thursday for two weeks out. Thanks, team!

Hello everyone,

As I have been going through and cancelling/updating appointments for students, I noticed that some advisors have Monday, May 25, 2026, listed as an open date for appointments.



As a reminder, you may want to go through your calendars for Trellis and block the university holidays (Memorial Day, May 25th, Juneteenth, June 19,  & Independence Day, July 3) unless you are planning to meet with students on those dates.



Per Rebecca from Trellis, advisors can manage that by putting a busy block on their Outlook calendar, on their Trellis calendar, or editing their availabilities and removing them entirely.
