I'm not sure how interested you all are in this topic, but I was thinking it might be helpful to attend if you are so that we as advisors can better understand the struggles that instructors and students both face when dealing with AI in the classroom.

AI Detection and Handling Violations
Time: 12-12:30 pm
This interactive webinar is about detecting AI use by students, exploring alternative detection methods, and the process for handling violations.
Participants will learn about ineffective AI detection tools, review examples of alternative methods for AI acknowledgement and disclosure, and understand the process for reporting violations at the University of Arizona.
Attendees can expect collaborative discussion, example sharing, and time to explore effective methods for students to use when confirming AI use.
Note: After the webinar, the facilitators will be available for an additional 15 minutes of discussion and time for questions.
