Hello Agvisors,

Happy Tuesday! Orientation & New Student Services is preparing for our Main Campus Orientation review sessions.

To learn more about what the larger UofA Orientation looks like for our new students, you may attend one of the Virtual Orientation Experience Review sessions.

Trellis Training sessions: As we had discussed at the February 25, 2025 Agvsiors Meeting. We will be using our clusters to support each other with loading students into the Trellis Events for their Orientation. I will share more at an upcoming Agvisors meeting. I also have a recorded training for this part if you are unable to attend.

Greetings!

It's that time of year. 🎉 The Office of Orientation & New Student Services and the Digital Experience Team would like to invite you to attend our campus review and training sessions in April. This year, we will be hosting two weeks of training sessions; the first week covering Trellis and the second week covering the Virtual Orientation Experience.

There will be two sessions both weeks to try and accommodate as many faculty and staff as possible These sessions will be hosted via Zoom and the date and times are listed below. If you are not able to attend any of the sessions, no worries! We will be sharing out the recordings and training materials following the conclusion of the sessions. Please note that we will not be sending calendar appointments for these sessions, so mark your calendars accordingly.
