Subject: Product Testing with Nutritional Sciences - Wednesday in Shantz 101

Dear friends and colleagues,

Please join us for a taste testing on Wednesday, July 30 between 11:00 AM - 2:00PM in the Food Innovation Lab in Shantz 101.

We will be testing 4 new products that include 2 new sports-hydration beverages and 2 high-protein meal replacement drinks.

The Sports Hydration beverage will be tested in 2 varieties:

  *   Lemon-Lime                   80 Kcals
  *   Blueberry                         80 Kcals

The high-protein Meal Replacement drink will be tested in 2 varieties:

  *   Milk chocolate               220 Kcals          10g  milk protein
  *   Medjool Date-Mocha   220 Kcals          10g  milk protein

The taste testing process will take roughly 10-15 minutes, and we would greatly appreciate your time helping us develop these exciting new products.
