[Agvisors] Enrollment Holds & Incomplete Student Lists, Feb. 7

Hello Agvisors,

Please see the original, unedited student lists in Box, retaining storage locations used in the past. The data was accessed today, Feb. 7 for CALES, primary major students, all campuses, with enrollment holds and students with incomplete grading reflected from past enrollment:

Thank you, @Kaiser, Cindy F - (cindyk)<mailto:cindyk at arizona.edu>, 🙂 for asking about these two additional reports that Danielle Flink previously shared with us.

Regarding these two reports, although filtering them and cleaning them for visibility purposes is my preference, Nancy asked that the original data files be shared with the team, without any pre-sorting/tables nor any Analytics analyzing being performed, so that each of you may determine what information is relevant for your outreach purposes. This means the reports will visually appear differently than they have looked when provided in the past.

Please note, these two reports are simple to obtain directly from UAccess Analytics, Undergraduate Advising Central Dashboard. The image below is provided and with green highlights around the spaces to access these two specific results as they are preset as "factors".
The preset factors data have many lines that may or may not be of interest to you and you will see one student listed multiple times. In the scenario you don't want or need all of the additional information, you might consider selecting "analyze" from the provided results in Analytics to remove or add any columns and then re-run it and save it as your own custom report for future data pulls. Or, of course you can edit the raw data to your preferences, after downloading it.

There is no action requested to be taken within these 2 data files, they are provided simply for your review and to take action as appropriate. Unlike the AE contact tracking sheets that we are actively adding/editing as we meet with students.

Tip: pay attention to the fields that may or may not be default selected from the drop-down menus to ensure you are receiving the data you are attempting to retrieve.
