Regarding these two reports, although filtering them and cleaning them for visibility purposes is my preference, Nancy asked that the original data files be shared with the team, without any pre-sorting/tables nor any Analytics analyzing being performed, so
 that each of you may determine what information is relevant for your outreach purposes. This means the reports will visually appear differently than they have looked when provided in the past.</div>

Please note, these two reports are simple to obtain directly from UAccess Analytics, Undergraduate Advising Central Dashboard. The image below is provided and with green highlights around the spaces to access these two specific results as they are preset as
 "factors".</div>

The preset factors data have many lines that may or may not be of interest to you and you will see one student listed multiple times. In the scenario you don't want or need all of the additional information, you might consider selecting "analyze" from the provided
 results in Analytics to remove or add any columns and then re-run it and save it as your own custom report for future data pulls. Or, of course you can edit the raw data to your preferences, after downloading it.</div>
