[Agvisors] Registration Lab Support from CALES Peer Mentors

Dear Agvisors Team,

I hope this message finds you well!
The Peer Mentors are hosting Registration Labs to support students during the priority registration period from April 7, 2024, through April 21, 2025.
Mentors are available to assist students with tasks related to registration, including:

  *
Finding general education courses
  *
Navigating the Class Search tool
  *
Updating their Shopping Cart
  *
Registering for the courses recommended by their academic advisor

Students are welcome to visit Peer Mentors during their regular office hours. They may be directed to the Forbes Building, Room 203, where Maria at the front desk will help connect them with an available mentor.
📎 Attached is a two-page PDF you can use and share with students:

The first page includes a QR code that links directly to the Peer Mentor Office Hours schedule. This is especially useful to display during an advising appointment so the student can scan it from your screen.

The second page contains the full list of office hours in text format.

Feel free to share the attachment with students in follow-up emails or through major/school newsletters.
⚠️ Please note: Peer Mentors do not advise students. They are available to help students prepare their Shopping Cart and register for courses already recommended by their academic advisor.

If a student has not yet met with an advisor, mentors will assist them in booking an appointment.
