Greetings Agvisors,

Happy Monday! Thank you to our Agvisors who supported our CALES Undergraduate and Graduate Convocations! As we are preparing for the summer, here is our updated Forbes 203 July Coverage Calendar.<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1leNgzoObJqmp7oCqsrvdz85e4fhseB9KewrVSs_dlZo/edit?usp=sharing>

You will all have access to the offices in Forbes 203 (Arianna, Nancy, Reed and Serena's offices). Maria Bueno our front desk admin, will be working during the summer and will provide front desk support.

You may still have appointments available for your students during your regular times. Forbes office hours are 8:30am-4:30pm. We are working on a FAQ page to support you all with any general questions you may receive. We do have a refrigerator and microwave if you want to store your lunch and warm up food. We also have a water station so you can you water bottles or cups.

In the event of an emergency or illness, we ask you to post in our Agvisors chat if someone can support and cover your in-person shift.

As we mentioned, we will have other Career & Academic Services (CAS) staff present in the office as well. We highly encourage you to chat and connect with our CAS colleagues!
