On behalf of the ALVSCE DEI Council<https://alvsce.arizona.edu/dei/>, this is a friendly reminder to register for the People-Centered Leadership Miniseries with Dr. Paul Melendez on Wednesday, November 15th from 11:00 – 12:30 pm in ENR2, S215. This session will highlight the information below.



"Leading Through Emotional Intelligence"

This module will teach participants how to identify, understand, and manage their emotions at work and motivate their teams. The module will achieve the following learning objectives:

  *   Discover the neurological basis of emotions.

  *   Recognize how emotional intelligence can help leaders observe, detect, and regulate emotions.
  *   Leverage emotional intelligence to improve leadership performance.

Please see the attached flyer for more information on this miniseries and to register. While in-person attendance is encouraged, the series will be available on Zoom and recorded.
