UA Student Engagement & Career Development (SECD) is partnering with Forage, a platform built to connect students to "bite-sized 5-6 hour virtual work experience programs" with Fortune 500 companies. Forage is holding a virtual information session for staff to learn more - you're encouraged to sign up if interested (I'm attending and will share out for those who can't attend).

Hi everyone,

There will be an information session on Tuesday, March 15 from 4:00-5:00 about Forage (TheForage.com), a free platform that academic advisors, career counselors and other campus partners may find helpful to engage your students in career exploration. If you are interested in learning more about Forage's platform, which provides students an opportunity to try out brief virtual work experiences, please see the attached flyer which has the registration link. This session will be led by Mahak Hassan, Forage Educational Partnerships Manager, who will share how to set up your landing page, show you specific examples, and provide more information about the employer side of Forage. This session will be focused on setting this platform up as a career readiness tool, but is open to any interested faculty and staff.

I have attached the catalog of work experiences if you'd like to first see if there are options in your career cluster before registering.
