[Agvisors] General Education Curriculum and Test/Transfer Credits

Greetings Agvisors team:

Happy Thursday! During this productive successful orientation season, more questions continued to arise across the advising community on how test credits and transfer credits are being acknowledged at the university. Some already have a designation code of a specific general education - Building Connections (BC) or Exploring Perspectives (EPA, EPH, EPN, EPS).  One question for example is if we can use a transfer class designated as a BC to count as an EPx if a student already has all the EPx courses satisfied or vice versa. Another, can an EPA designated course be subbed for an EPH depending on title, etc.

The Gen Ed team has been asked to host a Lunch and Learn to address questions. In the meantime, we have been asked to submit questions and concerns on the link below by tomorrow, Friday July 1 at 3pm.
