[Agvisors] Fw: Meeting Recording from September 4CATS Community of Practice

Hi All,

For those that didn't attend this meeting in real time, I found the information relayed to be informative for a new Trellis resource, to be called "CatCloud".   I watched the recording using the link provided in the email below sent to UPAC.  As students begin using the additional Trellis housed resource, CatCloud, they will likely have questions, and it will be helpful for us to know what they are referring to.  A 'soft launch' is planned for Spring 2022/January, per Meredith Aronson.

Hi Advisors,

Thank you for those who were able to attend last week’s 4CATS Community of Practice meeting. We have a very productive and insightful conversation. Again, this meeting covered the student experience, introduced the new student hub (called the CatCloud) intended to rollout this spring, and conversations around some best practices.

If there are further questions, concerns or suggestions regarding the CatCloud student hub, please feel free to reply directly to me and I will pass those along to Meredith Aronson.

Additionally, we had some proposed groups to help further conversations along regarding both Trellis and the emergence of a employees/grad student hub. Please refer below if you are interested in joining the conversations around:

-        Multiple Majors as it relates to Trellis Scheduling displays

-        Creation and development of hub for employees and graduate students (you can be either or both)

If you are interested, please reply to me indicating which group you wish to be a part of and I will pass your names along for further follow up.
