[Agvisors] FR Orientation preschedules and S4S information - June 21

Greetings Agvisors Team:

Cheers to productive day and week ahead! Hope you all had a good weekend. The June 21  preschedules are uploaded in Box folder<https://arizona.box.com/s/w445yoktulq349rztabrxledxq4r4sa6> (June 21 Preschedules V1).  We may have changes from students that place out of Schedule 4 Success (S4S) this morning. Current S4S student list may be accessed here<https://arizona.box.com/s/64rpd290tbgj3rhzti2jj1kfaaqdl8hm> - 27 of 46 students are in S4S.

Please enter necessary course change requests by 9:45am on excel document<https://arizona.box.com/s/05gnvgviad7nbfk19e8bjhxpjpl502z6> (refer to sheet with appropriate orientation date).   Entering the 5 digit course number on the document is appreciated. Updated preschedules will be upload to Box before college meeting at 11:30am.  If we do not get to all requests, students may be referred to CAS drop-in and virtual registration lab<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/83994140226> between 1-4pm. Student Orientation Leaders (SOLs) will be available to assist them in navigating UAccess Student Center. Updated student list<https://arizona.box.com/s/9c6wcb9qjta9ki7zxvd67bh48kc29kiz> will be sent to this listserv after college meeting.

Teresa Cortez with CALS ASEMS will continue to be available during the virtual registration lab assistance  to address any questions students may have on the program. All eligible students are coded on the orientation student list<https://arizona.box.com/s/9c6wcb9qjta9ki7zxvd67bh48kc29kiz> – refer to ASEMS eligible sheet. She will also have eSMS CALS ASEMS drop-ins on Tuesdays 9:30-10:30am and Thursdays 3:30-4:30pm through the end of this month.

A debrief is scheduled on Wednesday from 4-4:30pm via Zoom<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/81632187489>.  You may also log into the registration lab assistance zoom link with CAS advisors, SOLs and CALS ASEMS Specialist anytime from 1-4pm.  Breakout rooms are an option.
