Please see this opportunity below. I participated in the second cohort of the HSI Fellows program and I had an amazing experience. The program provides networking, mentoring, and leadership development. You will also have the opportunity to connect with an amazing group of peers across campus in your cohort, all who are passionate about strengthening the capacity of the University to truly serve students at UArizona from diverse backgrounds, with a focus on those who identify as Latinx or Hispanic.

Greetings,

We are excited to launch the call for applications for the 4th cohort of the HSI Fellows Program.

Sponsored by the Office of the Provost and supported by partnering colleges and departments, this program aims to strategically further the scope and depth of work around our HSI designation and provide a venue for community-building and career development for faculty and staff through a cohort- and project-based, one-year leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and a series of targeted workshops. As we seek to serve students from diverse backgrounds, particularly Hispanic undergraduate and graduate students, the HSI Fellows Program serves as one of many strategies towards strengthening our institutional capacity as an Hispanic Serving Institution.
