<p class="MsoNormal">We are excited to launch the call for applications for the 4<sup>th</sup> cohort of the
<b>HSI Fellows Program</b>. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Sponsored by the Office of the Provost and supported by partnering colleges and departments, this program aims to strategically further the scope and depth of work around our HSI designation and provide a venue for community-building and
career development for faculty and staff through a cohort- and project-based, one-year leadership experience, including mentoring, coaching, and a series of targeted workshops. As we seek to serve students from diverse backgrounds, particularly Hispanic undergraduate
and graduate students, the HSI Fellows Program serves as one of many strategies towards strengthening our institutional capacity as an Hispanic Serving Institution.
