[Agvisors] OS/GTA Nominations

Hello all!
Attached are the OS/GTA guidelines for the Outstanding Senior and Graduate Teaching (PhD and Masters).  At this point it has not been decided if their will be a luncheon celebratory for nominated students.  This will be decided possibly when the committee meets once the nomination packets have been received on October 20th.  Please submit them by then by noon emailed to me in one pdf file (not multiple)
