[Agvisors] Outreach to out of state students

Hello again, Agvisors -

Another student population we know is at high risk for retention in this current climate are our out-of-state students. Similar to our international students, we want to provide as high of a touch as possible with these folks. Preferably, we would try to reach out to these students by phone as well. If you do not have the capacity to make calls, you can send a personalized email. Another option is to do calls to some students and emails to others based on priority. An email template is attached.

I am creating a highly personalized spreadsheet for each major that you will receive in an individual email. The list will be prioritized based on a number of factors so that you can start from the top and work your way down. That said, you know your students best! I also recognize that you may have already been in touch with these students recently and may not need to re-connect at this point. You can expect your lists to start rolling in tomorrow as I fine tune for you. I will send the template again as well.
