Hello Agvisors: There's a lot of information being shared with students right now. Here's our plan for undergraduate student communications (including one new channel, the CALS Daily Digest). I'll share all listserv announcements with Agvisors; I'll also include continue to include Agvisors on CALS Connect and also the new CALS Daily Digest. Let me know if you have any questions. Immediate, urgent information: Send via CALS' two moderated student listservs to reach all currently enrolled students.

  *   cals-students-undergraduate at list.arizona.edu<mailto:cals-students-undergraduate at list.arizona.edu>
  *   cals-students-graduate at list.arizona.edu<mailto:cals-students-graduate at list.arizona.edu>

CALS Daily Digest (undergraduate students)

  *   Schedule: Daily, Tuesday-Saturday at 6am
  *   Sender: Arrives from Nancy, reply-to email is advising at cals.arizona.edu<mailto:advising at cals.arizona.edu>
  *   Purpose: A way to highlight an important resource, tip, or service and also share a summary of announcements from the previous day. We'll continue to publish the weekly CALS Connect but, for the time being, students will also receive this Daily Digest Tuesday through Saturday.
  *   Archiving: Each issue will be archived on the CALS D2L playspace and also the CALS main website (location tba)
  *   Submission: Forward announcements to me throughout the day.

CALS Connect (undergraduate students)

  *   Schedule: Every Sunday at 6pm
  *   Sender: Arrives from Nancy, reply-to email is advising at cals.arizona.edu<mailto:advising at cals.arizona.edu>
  *   Distribution: All active CALS undergraduate students, majors and minors, regardless of enrollment status
  *   Submission deadline: If you have content for the Sunday publication, submit info to me no later than noon on the Friday before publication

Master the Month (graduate students)

  *   Schedule: First Sunday of the month, at 11 am
  *   Sender: Arrives from Kirsten Limesand, reply-to email is to Kirsten
  *   Distribution: All active CALS graduate students + CALS graduate program contacts/coordinators<https://research.cals.arizona.edu/cals-graduate-programs> + key administrators
     *   CAS is not currently included on distribution but can easily be added if the team would like to receive the publication
  *   Submission deadline: Kirsten is lead on the content but if you know of an event/program relevant for graduate students send me the info by noon on the Friday before publication
