Good Morning!



As you all may know, the Enrollment Fee refund deadline that was set for June 15th has now come and gone. That being said, students are no longer able to request an Enrollment Fee refund through their Next Steps Center. However, due to our current situation, this year only we are being much more flexible with Enrollment Fee refund requests.



Regardless of where a student is in their enrollment process, if a student would like to request a full refund of their Enrollment Fee, those requests can go directly to Dolores Machado (doloresm). So that you all are aware, all refunds come in the form of a paper check due to our third party vendor. Dolores is wonderful and can get the requests processed quickly, but the mailing of the paper check could take anywhere between 10-15 business days to arrive.
