Subject: A training account for the new Student Center has been created for you

Greetings –

I hope you’ve heard about the upcoming release of a new Student Center that will go-live on July 12. If you haven’t already attended a Preview Session, here are the upcoming dates & times:

  *   Tuesday, July 7, 10:00 am Zoom link<http://https/arizona.zoom.us/j/99082227139>
  *   Thursday, July 9, 2:00 pm Zoom link<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/96699066216>
  *   Wednesday, July 15, 1:00 pm Zoom link<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/92734229128>
  *   Friday, July 17, 10:00 am Zoom link<https://arizona.zoom.us/j/94647588461>

Many in the academic advising community have expressed interest in being able to have a hands-on experience with the new navigation and redesigned pages.

Because of this interest, a training account has been created for you in a test database that links you to a training version of a student’s Student Center. You can log into this account using your own WebAuth credentials here: https://teg.studentcenter-nonprod.arizona.edu/. I hope this additional learning opportunity will provide you with the knowledge of the new Student Center that can only be learned through ‘doing.’

There are a few important things I want you to be aware of as you use this training account:

  * It is safe to do any transactions within your training account because it a test environment.
  * Your access is limited to a single student’s account that can be used to navigate through Student Center. The selection of the student account does not necessarily correlate to the career, campus or program for the students you advise.
  * There is limited financial aid data due to updated FERPA restrictions
  * The data comes from a snapshot of the student’s data as of June 25th. This data will remain constant through the duration of the training accounts, except for the transactions you perform through training.
  * Training accounts will be available through September 5th.

Please use the resources available on : https://it.arizona.edu/uaccess-student-modernization if you have questions on how to perform a transaction.

For additional questions, please contact the UITS UAccess Student business analyst for your college, department or office.
