GRO deadline for Spring 2020 full-term 16 week<https://registrar.arizona.edu/dates-and-deadlines/view-dates?field_display_term_value=201> courses is today, February 12. Reminder:
Students qualify to file for GRO if they have earned 59 UA units or less. E grades, W or WC do not apply toward earned units. Transfer units also do not apply towards the 59 units in reference to the policy.

Dear Advisors,

I hope the spring semester is finding you all well.  We wanted to provide a couple updates and a reminder from the Office of the Registrar.

GRO DATE.
One calendar date I’d like to remind you about is the GRO Date.  Normally, based on our calculations, the GRO date would have been today, February 11, but due to an error, it was listed on February 12.   Upon request, and because the dates had already been posted, we did not correct the date to the 11th, but have moved our system processes to accommodate the February 12 date.  This is just a reminder that the GRO deadline is tomorrow, February 12.   We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused.

REGISTRATION DATES.
Registration for summer and fall courses is almost here!  The dates for Registration<https://registrar.arizona.edu/courses/registration-summer-fall-2020?audience=students&cat1=10&cat2=30> have been posted.  Please let me know if you have any question or concerns regarding the posted dates.

GRADUATION SERVICES.
With recent organizational updates in the Office of the Registrar, we would like to announce some changes within Graduation Services.  First, we have recently promoted Sherrie Svedberg into the Graduation Services Manager position.   We are thrilled to have her aboard to lead Graduation Services into the next iterations of technology and service to our University community.  Additionally, we have also reviewed and reorganized the program responsibilities among the greater Graduation Services Staff team.  The new degree check processing assignments are in affect as of Monday, February 10th, 2020:
