With the start of classes right around the corner, I wanted to share some important updates with you regarding the Change of Schedule form and process. The Trellis team has been hard at work this summer adding enhancements to the Change of Schedule workflow in time for the fall term. These enhancements make the workflow easier to use for both students and staff:


  1.  Summer 2020 will be removed as a term option for the Change of Schedule form on 8/30/2020 at 11:59pm (MST).
  2.  The Change of Schedule form is now live for Fall 2020.
  3.  The Swap function is now available as an option on the Change of Schedule form. Please remind your students that a swap is a drop and an add done simultaneously and that drop policies will apply.
Additionally, due to the university's need to maintain an appropriate classroom capacity because of COVID-19, the following will now apply:


  1.  The Office of the Registrar will not process requests to override course enrollment for closed courses that are In-Person or Flex In-Person for Fall 2020 courses.
