Hi Danielle,

Thank you for the outreach suggestion and for providing options.  I would prefer C option.  That would allow for the quickest email outreach.

Would these communications go out as each priority registration date passes?  If so, what interval would they be sent, after 1 day has passed since their enrollment date or 2 days?

Will holds be identified in that reporting and subsequent emails?  Since for some, it would be an enrollment block hold for the reason they haven't enrolled.

If using My Emma is the selected route, I would also prefer the direct link to my schedule be included in the automated email verbiage to ABEM & EWRE students.

Good morning, Agvisors -

As mentioned before, we are working to connect with students who did not take advantage of priority registration on their “day”. This will not only help students get into the classes that they need and want, but will also give us a better idea of who plans to return this fall. To assist you with this quick turnaround of outreach, I can do a few different things for you, based on your preferences. You know your students the best and I want to help in keeping consistent with your style. Please let me know what works best for you and I will accommodate!

  1.  I provide you with a template for you to customize and an Excel sheet for you to mail merge and send out
  2.  I provide you with a template for you to customize and individualize for each student to email
  3.  I use a template and send it on your behalf from Emma – all replies will go directly to you!

Please let me know what works best for you as soon as possible! As of yesterday, less than half of students who were eligible for registration took advantage of it. I need to run the numbers again this morning, but I don’t want to delay in setting things up.

Thank you for all that you are doing! I know student appointments and emails have picked up, which is great!
