Good morning, Agvisors -

As mentioned before, we are working to connect with students who did not take advantage of priority registration on their "day". This will not only help students get into the classes that they need and want, but will also give us a better idea of who plans to return this fall. To assist you with this quick turnaround of outreach, I can do a few different things for you, based on your preferences. You know your students the best and I want to help in keeping consistent with your style. Please let me know what works best for you and I will accommodate!


  1.  I provide you with a template for you to customize and an Excel sheet for you to mail merge and send out
  2.  I provide you with a template for you to customize and individualize for each student to email
  3.  I use a template and send it on your behalf from Emma - all replies will go directly to you!

Please let me know what works best for you as soon as possible! As of yesterday, less than half of students who were eligible for registration took advantage of it. I need to run the numbers again this morning, but I don't want to delay in setting things up.

Thank you for all that you are doing! I know student appointments and emails have picked up, which is great!
