Hi All,

Sending this out to the group in case you missed it from earlier this week via UPAC listserv.  I have also added UAccess Analytics report of all SAS 100AX enrolled students (2194 SAS 100AX enrolled 9 13 19), you can sort the file for your majors.  On the report, I added a 2nd major category, in case we had any students with a CALS major as the 2nd major and not primary.

Above is the link to the file in Box, it should only be accessible to us with access to the folder and with Net ID log in.  The file is housed within the "CALS Advising, Retention & Student Services" shared file, titled "2194 SAS 100AX enrolled 9 13 19".

Subject: Those in SAS 100AX, adding late start gen ed course

Hello All,

Happy Monday!  This email is being sent to all ABEM & EWRE majors that are enrolled in SAS 100AX this Fall semester.  As you know, SAS 100AX restricts enrollment at 13 units, until the first 4 weeks of classes have passed, this means you will have the opportunity to add one of these gen ed classes to your schedule starting Wednesday, Sept. 18 @ 9:00AM.  You will be notified via email of this same information from the SAS department, you may have already received it.  The late start courses on the attached document will run Sept. 30 - Dec. 11.  The attached PDF document has each of the courses available to SAS 100AX students, I highly encourage you to add one of these courses, the supplemental instruction that comes with these specific courses is super helpful.

Many of you have scholarships that require 30 UA units this academic year (Fall 2019, Winter 2019, Spring 2020 & Summer 2020), adding this 3 unit gen ed course will help you reach that goal.

The courses begin September 30 and end December 11.  All classes are three units.
