Hello Everyone!

We are reaching out to provide Next Steps proxy training due to the new features and to answer any questions you may have. We will also need a list from everyone of new advisors to receive proxy access and any staff members that have left your department/college, as we will need to remove proxy access.

Along with the proxy training, we will also provide more information about out Orientation Help Desk Ticketing process and the instructions on how to submit a ticket.
