[Agvisors] Fall 2019 CALS course promotion

Hello Agvisors:

We'll be running a "CALS Courses" section in the Monday Message for the next few weeks to promote Fall 2019 courses. Share any courses that your department would like help in promoting - course name, title, and description are sufficient. Courses should be open to all majors.

Add this info to Box so it's accessible to all: https://arizona.box.com/s/97a5fb3ujy8ch0fa87lwcuddlhotb9ic (path: CALS Advising, Retention and Student Services/Course Lists/Fall 2019 Course Promotion)

In that same Box folder, I also added two ppt templates you/your faculty can use to create course promo slides. These slides will run on the digital screens in the Forbes Lobby. Follow the steps on the template and then add your revised ppt in the same Box folder.
