One in 5 university students is affected with anxiety or depression. Below and in the attachment, please find the announcement of a Mental First Aid Training, open for anyone working with students.

Hi all,
We have found new dates for the mental health first aid training that Alison will present, I hope you will be able to attend.  The flyer is attached with information on the class at the bottom.  Please let Alison know as soon as possible if you can attend.  She is willing to offer another training session (either a 1 or 2 day session) later in the summer if needed, but if you can join us for this one, it would be great.  There is a maximum of 30 seats available.

Day One is Wednesday March 27 8:00am – 12noon in COM 3115
Day Two is Friday March 29 8:00am- 12noon in COM 3117

You must attend both days for full training.  Please register with Alison.
