Greetings!

You are receiving this email because you have expressed interest in volunteering in the C.A.T.S. Medical Services as an athletic training department volunteer.
Our only MANDATORY informational meeting will take place on Wed 1/30/19 in Hillenbrand Auditorium located inside McKale Memorial Center. The meeting will promptly start at 7am so that it can end around 7:45 to give those that have an 8am class plenty of time.  This is the ONLY meeting that will be done this semester so if you would like to let others know, please forward them this email.

I have also attached the necessary paperwork that must be completed and brought with you to the meeting.

Directions to Hillenbrand Auditorium in McKale Memorial Center

•         Enter through the doors between the Wells Fargo ATM and the Ticket Office.

•         Take the down ramp all the way to the bottom (court) level. Turn left and walk around until you see the “Courtside Lounge” (an open carpeted seating area with tables and chairs)

•         Turn into this carpeted area and Hillenbrand auditorium is located on your right where the TV is posted on the wall (do not go up the stairs)

•         Towards the stairs that lead up to the weight room.

Directions to Kasser Medical Treatment Center aka “McKale Athletic Training Room”

•         Enter through the doors between the Wells Fargo ATM and the Ticket Office.

•         Take the down ramp all the way to the bottom (court) level. Turn left and walk around until you see the “Courtside Lounge” (an open carpeted seating area with tables and chairs)

•         Turn into this carpeted area towards the stairs that lead up to the weight room.

•         Atop of the stairs, turn right and you will see our front door.

•         Please let our front desk assistant (Kara) know you are here and who you will be seeing.
