ACBS is having a welcome event on Thursday, August 29th . Our faculty are giving research talks and we are happy to have any CALS students attend.

Subject: ACBS Welcome Event and Research Talks!

Hi  ACBS Students,

We hope everyone had a great summer and is ready for the start of the semester!

We wanted to take a minute to remind you about our Welcome Event for ACBS Students happening on Thursday, August 29th from 12-5pm in our Animal and Comparative Biomedical Sciences Bldg (1117 E. Lowell St).

Besides having food, drinks and quick advising available during the event, the faculty members in ACBS will be hosting research talks.

There will be 2 faculty members giving 3-5 minute talks every 30 minutes on their research and potential student opportunities. The schedule is attached and listed below.  This is a great opportunity for students to meet and connect with our various faculty members.  Please attend and don't miss out!
