Hi Nancy,

It looks like your advisor was trying to pull Early Progress Grades on 9/25, which was before the earliest reporting would happen. The analytics dashboard will only pull records once rosters are created and rosters were still being created as of that date. I am attaching a report with what I could pull this morning for CALS. Not all courses have submitted grades yet, you’ll see on the EPG document that you reference, that folks will be submitting until 10/22 (ACCT 210). I’ll send reminders to those who haven’t posted and whose posting date has already happened.

As far as advisor access in analytics, I’m not sure what access level they would need. If they can get to the Student dashboards, they would just need to get into Student Detail and it should be the last tab. I haven’t restricted access to the dashboard in any way, so they may want to check their permissions in the APT.

Hope all is well! I am checking in to ask about early progress grades.  At a CALS advisors meeting today it was brought to my attention that early progress grades were not populating for students.  Can you please check on it? The tab was not appearing for some advisors.  Thanks in advance for your assistance.
