Dear Campus Partners,

The Office of Scholarships & Financial Aid (OSFA) is excited to announce our transition from AskAid email to a new E-Ticket Contact Form in order to better support our students and respond to their requests more quickly. The portal is set to go live, Monday, June 4, 2018. There will be a brief transition period where we will continue to respond to emails sent to AskAid.

Please help us by updating ALL outreach materials (email, print communications, website references, etc…) that currently reference AskAid. Any reference to askaid at email.arizona.edu<mailto:askaid at email.arizona.edu> should be changed to http://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact.

Additional Details

The new E-Ticket Contact Form will be linked to the OSFA website’s contact page at http://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact. This page will assist you in accurately referring students to our office and is the best contact resource for students’ financial aid questions. The benefits of this new E-Ticket Contact Form include:
·        A Net ID feature, so students can log in and have their demographic data pre-populated
·        For current students, it will compile the history of all their previously submitted E-ticket questions
·        It will help streamline duplicate submissions
·        It will enable OSFA staff to better track and more proactively respond to widespread questions

Parents and other parties will have an anonymous guest access option to submit emails and/or forms. All users who submit an E-Ticket will receive a copy of their submission, as well as the Ask Aid Team’s reply, to the email address they provide.

The portal is set to go live, Monday, June 4, 2018. There will be a brief transition period where we will continue to respond to emails sent to AskAid. During this transition period, students will receive a “Do Not Reply, please use http://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact” message.

Please help us by updating ALL outreach materials (email, print communications, website references, etc…) that currently reference AskAid. Any reference to askaid at email.arizona.edu<mailto:askaid at email.arizona.edu> should be changed to http://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact.

If your office replies to a student email, instead of CCing askaid at email.arizona.edu<mailto:askaid at email.arizona.edu>, please instead encourage the student to reach out to us directly via one of the methods listed on our website at http://financialaid.arizona.edu/contact.

Additionally, if your office forwards email attachments on behalf of students to AskAid, please instead encourage students to submit forms/documents via one of the methods listed on our Form/Document Submission Instructions webpage at: http://financialaid.arizona.edu/forms.
